Origin

Solar Heirloom starts from the idea of radiance: forms that repeat and open outward from the body. It does not copy a historical Egyptian collar. What carries over is the underlying logic, the rhythm and geometry and the way light lands on a repeated shape.

Form

Fan-shaped modules repeat to make a steady rhythm around the neck. Small circular nodes sit between them as points of light. The gaps matter as much as the metal, and they keep the collar from reading as heavy.

Engineering

The collar is imagined as a run of individually articulated modules that follow the curve of the body. The development work looks at connection points, setting clearances, module thickness, movement, how weight sits and how a clasp folds into the composition.

Material

Gold does the structural work here, not the decoration. A few concentrated points of light give contrast and let the underlying shape stay legible.
